EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Our company PLAYPİK YAZILIM VE ELEKTRONİK TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (hereinafter referred to as “Playpik” and/or “Company”) acts in the capacity of “data supervisor” under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") with regards to the personal data of customers who make transactions via https://www.playpik.com (hereinafter referred to as “Portal” and/or “Website”) managed by it. It hereby aims to obtain the explicit consent of customers regarding the personal data processing activities specified below and carried out by Playpik in accordance with the law.
If the conditions to process personal data as mentioned in 5/2 and 6/3 articles of the Personal Data Protection Law are met, the personal data can be processed without explicit consent. For situations when these conditions are not met, the customers’ explicit consent is required for the processing of the personal data by Playpik. Depending on the nature of the personal data, personal data can be processed by obtaining or not obtaining explicit consent, in line with the Clarification Text and Privacy Policy. 
In this context, the personal data of the customers are processed according to and for the purposes explained in the B and C articles of the Privacy Policy created by Playpik. Accordingly, the personal data may be processed in line with the consent of the customer, in order to build customer-oriented campaigns, to allow Playpik’s business partners to present opportunities to the customers of Playpik to do cross-sales, to determine target audience, to carry out activities that increase the user experience by following customer movements, to improve the operation of the website and mobile application of Playpik and to be personalized according to customer needs, to carry out direct and indirect marketing, customized marketing and re-marketing activities, to carry out personalized segmentation, targeting, analysis and internal reporting activities, to plan and perform market research, customer satisfaction activities, to customize the products and services of Playpik according to the tastes, usage habits and needs of the relevant people, and to recommend and promote them to the relevant people and to plan and execute the sales and marketing processes of Playpik's products and/or services in general, including the purposes of planning and executing customer relationship management processes, to plan and execute the processes of creating and/or increasing loyalty to the products and/or services of Playpik and such data may be shared with the parties indicated in the Clarification Text.
