Playpik – Frequently Asked Questions

What does Playpik do?

Playpik transforms your uploaded photos into personalized physical products such as magnets, polaroids, puzzles, and cards.

When scanned through the Playpik mobile application, the printed photo comes to life by playing a video directly over it.

How does the photo come to life?

During the ordering process, you upload one photo.

You can either upload your own video or choose AI-powered animation.

Once your product arrives, simply open the Playpik app and point the camera at the product. The linked video will play over the printed photo.

I downloaded the app, but it doesn't recognize my photo. Why?

The image must be pre-registered in our system during the order or upload process.

Simply downloading the app and scanning a random photo will not activate any content.

Can I enter custom AI prompts?

Currently, text-based AI prompt control is not available for individual users.

Our AI automatically analyzes the single uploaded photo and generates an animation.

Advanced prompt-based AI customization is available for corporate users through Pvision.

Can I return my order?

Since all products are personalized and produced specifically for your order, returns are not accepted in accordance with distance selling regulations.

However, if there is a software-related issue caused by our system and the product does not function properly, our support team will gladly assist you.

How long is the AR activation valid?

Our Augmented Reality (AR) service is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Detailed information regarding duration and renewal conditions can be found in Article 5 of the Distance Sales Agreement approved during checkout.

If I cancel my subscription, will my data be deleted?

To request account deletion, please send an email to support@playpik.com including your user ID.

The deletion process is completed within a maximum of 14 business days, and all associated data is permanently removed.

Can anyone else view my uploaded content?

Your content is linked exclusively to your account.

However, anyone who physically has the product and scans it using the app may view the linked video. Therefore, protecting your account credentials is important.

Do you ship physical products internationally?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping for physical products.

However, international shipping is planned for the future.

How does the system work?

The system operates using Image-to-Video AI combined with Augmented Reality technology.

Can we use custom AI prompts?

Yes. Corporate users can enter text-based prompts, control animation style, scene structure, and duration.

This allows full customization aligned with brand and operational needs.

Is there a management dashboard?

Yes.

All AR content can be uploaded, updated, deleted, and globally managed from a single centralized dashboard.
